7:00 to 7:20: (The "Sit Down" part): The first twenty minutes is reserved for checking-in, introductions & chit-chat. Please make sure you are calling in from a quiet location.
7:20 to 8:20 (The "Shut Up, and Write" part): We stop talking PROMPTLY at 7:20 and write for one hour. Simply disconnect from the conference call or mute your connection (and stop your video) if you decide to stay online.
8:20 to 8:30 Once the hour has concluded, whether you are flushed with success or you struggled to find your muse, you're welcome to check back into the meeting and let us know how you got on and continue the chit chat.
After 8:30: The online meeting will remain live for at least another half-hour. You're welcome to stay online and continue conversing with your fellow writers.
