Thank you for purchasing tickets to Carnival of Illusion. Our goal is to create a magical evening you will remember for the rest of your life. After performing over a thousand shows together, we've learned a few lessons to maximize your experience. Considering the extremely limited audience size, we've created a ticketing policy to best reach this goal. We firmly believe that if we can create a magical experience that exceeds your expectations, you will return and tell others about your magical evening.
-Seats are extremely limited and we regularly sell out weeks in advance. Purchase tickets over our secure Ticketing System or call our office during regular business hours.
-Please notify us in advance if you are celebrating a special evening (birthday, anniversary, etc.) We will do our best to recognize your special guests and treat them with the utmost respect.
-Guests under 13 are not allowed for evening shows. Although the show is "clean" with no "blue material", this is an intimate show for an adult audience wanting a night out without children. In addition, children would have an adult sitting in front of them and will not have a direct view of the performance. Guests under 18 are allowed with a parent or guardian. No more than two guests under 18, per parent or guardian. Guests over the age of 8 are welcome to all matinees.
-Seating is first checked-in, first seated for non-front row seats. The box office opens between 60 to 90 minutes before the first show of the day. (Open time depends on the theater and showtime. Please check your confirmation email.) All guests must check-in at least 35 minutes prior to show time. Seating begins 25 minutes before the performance. Guests must be present when their party is called to maintain their seating order.
-We begin shows on time. To ensure no disruptions to guests who arrived on time, late arrivals will not be seated (even for front row reservations) and refunds can not be offered.
-We cannot refund ticket sales. All sales are final. Parties of six or less may exchange their tickets to another date with a minimum of seven days notice and a $5 per ticket exchange fee. Parties of six or less may exchange their tickets to another date with a minimum of three days notice and a $10 per ticket exchange fee. Please call the box office at (520) 615-5299 to request an exchange or notify regarding cancellations.
-If you have a gift certificate, promotion or gift code, please notify our staff BEFORE purchasing your tickets. We cannot refund ticket sales or discounts.
-Gift Certificates are not date specific and allow your guest to select the date that works best for their schedule. Certificates are valid for one year from purchase. Should ticket prices increase, we will honor the seat type paid. Gift cards are non-refundable. Please call the office to redeem your tickets.
-Limited senior and gift code tickets available (if any) per show.
-We try our best to accommodate guests with wheelchairs. Please contact us in advance to relay your wheelchair's dimensions and confirm accessibility. We cannot accommodate beds.
-We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem anyone is disturbing other guests' overall experience. If this is the case, the perpetrator will be required to leave the show immediately with no refund.
