Thank you for purchasing tickets to Carnival of Illusion. Our goal is to create a magical evening that you will remember for the rest of your life. After performing over one thousand shows together, we've learned a few lessons to maximize your experience. Considering the extremely limited audience size, we've created a cancellation policy to best reach this goal. We firmly believe that if we can create a magical experience that exceeds our guests expectations, it is likely you will return and tell others about your evening.
-Seats are extremely limited and we regularly sell out weeks in advance. Please try our SECURE 24 Hour Online Ticketing System or call our office during regular business hours.
-Limited senior and gift code tickets available per show.
-Please notify us in advance if you are celebrating a special evening (birthday, anniversary, etc.) We will do our best to recognize your special guests and treat them with the utmost respect.
-Guests under 13 are not allowed. Although the show is "clean" with no "blue material", this is an intimate show for a mature adult audience. In addition, children most likely will have an adult sitting in front of them and will not have a direct view of the performance. We can not provide "booster" chairs. Guests under 18 are allowed with a parent or guardian. No more than two guests under 18, per parent or guardian.
-Seating is first checked-in, first seated. If you are not present at the time your name is called then the next guest in line will be seated.
-We try our best to accommodate guests with wheelchairs. Please contact us in advance to relay your wheelchair's dimensions and confirm accessibility. We cannot accommodate beds.
-The box office will be open 90 minutes before the earliest show to check-in. All guests, even if you have upgraded front row seats, please check in a minimum of 30 minutes before show time. Seating begins 20-30 minutes before show time.
-To ensure no disruptions to seated guests, late arrivals are not guaranteed a seat even for front row reservations.
-We cannot refund ticket sales. However, with a 72 hour notice with parties less than six guests, we will do our best to move you to another show of your choice if there are available seats.
-If you have a promotion or tracking code, please notify our staff BEFORE purchasing your tickets. We cannot refund ticket sales or discounts.
-We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if we deem they may be a disturbance to other guests' overall experience. If this is the case, there will be no refunds.
